In this article we are going to examine 3 fast weight loss methods. Some would say many?:-) (including my own father who is a physician ? and thinks it?s a terrible idea!) Less for weight loss than spiritual sort of renewal, I?ve done several of these over short periods of time and find them fun, and invigorating as well.
Meal Replacement diets:
My first choice for losing REAL weight in an enduring and perpetual way. I?ve advocated for the Medifast diet in the past, and still do to this day. Why? Very simple.
