Specialist IV, Occupational Health and Wellness (R11-153) In this position you will develop, administer and implement a cost-effective corporate-wide occupational health and wellness programs. Develop and promote wellness activities/programs for employees/families/retirees. Provide health related consultation, problem-solving and appropriate referral services to employees and management on a variety of health and wellness issues. Maintain compliant state and federally mandated medical exam and surveillance programs. Typically five years nursing experience, preferred critical care or emergency department. Three years in occupational health nursing immediately prior to application. Two years professional management experience in corporate or occupational health, or demonstrated project management skills. Graduate of accredited school of nursing; current State of Oregon Nurse's License required. Washington State Nurses' license desired. Proven experience in program design, development and implementation. Certification in Occupational Health, COHN-S is desired. Certification in Case Management is desired. Thorough knowledge of OR-OSHA, ADAAA, FMLA/OFLA, HIPAA , Pregnancy Leave, Workers' Compensation and other state and federal regulations that are application to worker health. Maintain valid nursing license(s) and job related certifications. Demonstrated effective communication skills. Ability to drive to all PGE sites. Valid driver's license in good standing required.
