was selected as the winner in the Entrepreneurship Category to receive
The Governor?s Business Diversification Award.
The awards presentation, in its 28th year and coordinated by
economic development organization Enterprise
Florida, is the centerpiece of the state?s yearly Industry
Appreciation Week. The ceremony, which takes place each September,
reinforces the partnership between Florida?s business and government
leaders.

and internationally,? said Keller Medical CEO Howard Preissman.
Keller Medical, Inc. manufactures the Keller Funnel(TM), a specially coated
nylon device that allows plastic surgeons to more easily deliver
silicone gel implants in reconstructive and augmentation procedures.
Launched in 2009, nearly 20% of all silicone breast augmentation
procedures in the US are performed using the Keller Funnel(TM). As a new
advancement in the breast augmentation sector, the device offers many
benefits to both plastic surgeons and their patients. The results
stemming from a 2010 survey among 200 plastic surgeons found that 98% of
respondents would or have already recommended the Keller Funnel(TM) to a
peer.
Earlier this year Keller Medical, Inc. was selected to participate in
the GrowFL program, based on the Company?s potential for growth. In
2010, it received the Entrepreneurship Award from Business Development
Board of Martin County.
