How do you start up your own .com insurance company using Lloyd?s of London underwriters.?

I am looking for contact names within lloyds to float an idea and then get venture capital to launch. It sounds very grandiose but i feel sure its a good sound idea with a niche market.

write a solid business proposal and approach them. It depends on the value you can add to them.
Insurer and VC want 2 things from u
a) Numbers (revenue)
b) Regulation related matters (From monetary authority, privacy, security ?.)

I started one in Malaysia. There are many in UK & US, the issue is how are u going to differentiate your self from the rest?
